The Best Ribs in the World is a blog about how to make the best ribs using bbq rub ingredients. It is about the importance of using good quality meat and spices for making delicious ribs, using hardwood charcoal briquettes for barbecuing, and using a wide range of different woods for smoking food.
It is important to remember that not all hardwoods are suitable for smoking food. Some of them are better than others and some of them will impart a bitter flavor that will ruin your food.
Woods that are most commonly used for smoking meat and food include hickory, oak, mesquite, pecan, and alder. Different woods are used more frequently with beef and pork than with chicken or fish.

Making the best ribs in the world is not easy and it takes some bbq rub ingredients to do it. However, when you make them this way they’ll melt in your mouth with a subtle yet very rich taste.
Here are some steps to follow to make the best ribs in the world:
1. Buy quality meat. I prefer baby back ribs because they’re smaller than spare ribs and easier to eat too. Also, baby back does not have much fat on them so it’s easier to get a good flavor without all the grease that comes with spare ribs.
2. Set up your grill for indirect heat (see my blog for details).
3. Mix a bbq rub and generously coat both sides of the rack of ribs.
4. Put the ribs on the grill and let them smoke for about an hour or until you can poke them through with a fork but not too easily (they will finish cooking later).
5. Take off grill and wrap in foil for about half an hour or until tender (when you try to separate bones from meat with tongs).
6. Remove foil and put back on grill (or under broiler) until browned and crispy, about ten minutes.

There are many different ways of making ribs delish. However, there is only one way to make the best ribs in the world. The best thing about these ribs is that you can use your imagination to make them as spicy or as mild as you want. Below are the ingredients for this recipe:

If you’re looking for the best ribs in the world, you’ll be surprised to find three-quarters of them aren’t in Kansas City or Memphis, but are actually in my kitchen. That is because I make my own barbecue rub and I use it on every rack of ribs I smoke.
The secret ingredient? I’m not telling. And yes, that’s a challenge.
The first thing to know about barbecue rubs is that they are mostly salt and spices so if you can get a hold of some quality spices, you’re on your way to making your own rub.
Thing is, there are plenty of good resources for how to make your own rub already out there. It’s pretty easy and if you have the basics – salt (I prefer sea salt), pepper, garlic powder, paprika and maybe some onion powder – then you’re going to be well on your way.
The secret spice? Hmmm…I can’t tell you that!
