What you need:
3-4 pound whole chicken
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Cumin, Chili Powder
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder (add more if you like)
2 teaspoons onion powder (add more if you like)
2 teaspoon paprika (add more if you like)
