Ossau-Iraty: A French sheep’s milk cheese that is produced in the French Pyrénées. It has a creamy texture and is excellent paired with a light red wine. Our 2010 Domaine du Colombier Côtes du Ventoux Rouge pairs perfectly with this cheese and is an excellent choice to start off your cheese plate.
Pecorino Toscano: A sheep’s milk cheese that is aged for a minimum of 10 months before being sold. This Italian cheese has a sharp and tangy flavor that complements the fruity notes found in our 2011 Mourvèdre de Vix Rosé. You can also try pairing it with our 2007 Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge which has nice earthy tones that pair well with the sharp flavor of this cheese.
