Holiday Wishes

Holiday Wishes: A blog about mulling spices and mulling spices recipes. I’ve been working on my mulling spices and mulling spices recipe recently. My mulling spices are more refined these days, though they still need some work.

The tale of how I got into mulling spices begins in the Fall of 2009, when I tasted my first mulling spice. I was blown away by the depth of flavor and richness of this spice. It was a far cry from what I had tasted before in a regular grocery store.

I became obsessed with this new flavor profile and knew that I had to learn to make my own spice blend.

I started researching various recipes online and eventually decided that I wanted to create one that used both fresh mulling spices as well as dried ones.

Happy Holidays from the Mulling Spices blog!
