Cookbook Recipe Pumpkin Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice Lattes are a classic taste of Fall. Who can resist the spicy, sweet-smelling aroma of this latte? If you have never had one, now is the time to try it!

We simply love to drink our lattes in the morning. It’s a great way to start the day. They just make us feel so cozy and happy!

If you don’t want to pay $5 for a latte, then you can do what we do…make it at home! It saves us money, and we get to enjoy them all season long.

This Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe will knock your socks off. It is so good!

The best part about this recipe is that you can adjust it to your own taste; add more or less of any ingredient that suits YOU!

Step 1: Gather the ingredients

To make a Pumpkin Spice Latte, you will need:

1/2 cup of milk (whole milk is best, but 2% and skim work too)

2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree (make sure it’s plain pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves)

1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso (1 shot of espresso for every 3 ounces of water)

Step 2: Heat the milk, pumpkin and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk them together until they’re combined and steamy. Don’t let it boil. After the mixture is hot, whisk in the sugar and spices until everything is well blended. If you don’t have a whisk, you can use a fork. A little chunkiness is okay — it will dissolve when you add the coffee.

Step 3: Pour in your coffee or espresso. I like to use strong coffee with this recipe because it balances out the sweetness of all that milk and sugar. If you use regular coffee instead of espresso, brew it extra-strong to get an authentic latte taste. Espresso has an almost chocolate

Dump everything into a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.

I use a high powered blender like the VitaMix for this recipe so that it comes out very smooth. If you don’t have a high powered blender, you might want to strain the mixture after blending to avoid getting any hard pumpkin seeds in your drink.

I love pumpkin anything. Last year I had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks and was hooked. I’ve been craving one ever since, but we don’t have one near our house, so I had to make my own!

This is an easy recipe that can be thrown together in just minutes. It tastes just as good as Starbucks’ version, if not better! And it’s made with real pumpkin — no artificial ingredients here!

The Pumpkin Spice Latte. A staple of the fall season, this drink is a favorite among many people during the fall season. Since its release in 2003, it has become one of Starbucks most popular drinks, and has become a seasonal menu item with its own cult following.

The drink is made with espresso, steamed milk, pumpkin spice sauce and topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice topping. The ingredients are simple, but they come together to make the perfect fall drink that even those who don’t like coffee can get behind.

The Pumpkin Spice Latte is available hot or iced and comes in a variety of sizes for you to enjoy. The best part about this drink? It’s easy to make at home!

A pumpkin spice latte is a coffee drink that has an amazing flavor of fall. It’s not only delicious but also really easy to make at home. If you’re looking for something to make this season then try my recipe for an easy pumpkin spice latte!

For those who still haven’t quite gotten over their pumpkin spice latte fix, here’s a drink that is similar to the PSL but a little more sophisticated (and way less sweet).

If you’ve never had a London Fog latte before, you are in for a treat! The blend of earl grey tea with vanilla and steamed milk is so delicious. It’s basically like a chai latte but with earl grey instead of chai.

And adding the cinnamon and nutmeg to this drink? So good. It’s perfect for those who love the fall spices but don’t want all the sugar that comes in a pumpkin spice latte. Here’s how to make it!
