Pizza: What can I say? Pizza is always better with a little heat, and Aleppo pepper adds the perfect amount of heat. Eggplant Parmesan: Eggplant Parmesan can be bland, so adding a little heat makes it so much better! Chicken or Pork Chops: When roasting or grilling chicken or pork chops, I add Aleppo pepper to the spice mix. It adds the perfect amount of flavor and heat! Hummus: So many people add paprika to their hummus, but try using Aleppo pepper instead! It will take your hummus to another level! Pasta Sauce: Add a teaspoon of Aleppo pepper to your pasta sauce for an extra kick! Tomato Sauce: Add a teaspoon of Aleppo pepper to tomato sauce before adding meatballs or sausage for an extra kick!
