It’s really easy to make a pumpkin pie spice mix using items you probably already have in your home. If you don’t have all the spices, just use what you have.

I like using a premade crust (frozen) but you can use your own homemade crust if you prefer.

I also used evaporated milk because it makes a better tasting pie filling than regular milk. You could however, use regular milk or half and half.

You can buy pumpkin pie spice in store but it’s very expensive compared to making it yourself and it tastes much better this way too!
