Lox, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel Seasoning: A blog around the use of our bagel seasoning in a breakfast creation

A nice easy recipe involving the use of our bagel seasoning.

The ingredients are:

1 bagel

50g cream cheese

5 slices of smoked salmon

25g lox (smoked trimmings)

2 tablespoons of chives (chopped)

1/4 teaspoon of paprika (smoked or sweet)

To make this you simply need to mix together your chives and cream cheese and spread this over your bagel. Next add the lox, smoked salmon and then sprinkle over the paprika. Finally sprinkle over some more chives and serve cold or hot. The addition of a little caper juice on top is nice too. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

– 1 TBSP Grimmway Farms Bagel Seasoning

– 1 TBSP chives, finely chopped (or scallions)

– 4 oz smoked salmon, cut into small pieces

– 4 oz cream cheese

– 2 bagels, sliced in half and toasted (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix together Grimmway Farms Bagel Seasoning, chives, smoked salmon and cream cheese. If you would like your bagels toasted, toast them before adding the filling. Otherwise, skip to step 3.

2. Once your bagels are ready to go, spread the filling on each half of the bagel.

3. It’s ready to be enjoyed!

It’s almost summer and that means bbq, pool parties and family get togethers. Now if you have ever been to any of these events, you know that breakfast is usually the meal that has the most variety of foods to choose from.
