Our favorite way to use it is a simple hamburger recipe. It works great on any type of meat but we love it most when made into a patty and cooked on the grill.
First you will want to get any ground meat you like. We recommend 80% lean or higher because you need some fat content to keep the burger moist while cooking and also to keep it flavorful.
Once you have your meat, combine 1 teaspoon of our burger seasoning per pound of meat. We also recommend adding a tablespoon or two of water or milk to help bind the spices together with the meat. Then simply form into patties and cook as desired!
