Grilling season is here! The longer days and warmer weather is making me want to spend more time outdoors, enjoying the warm weather with family and friends.

This blog post serves as a handy guide for anyone who is new to grilling or has been away from it for a while. Here are five tips to help you get started.

1.Plan Ahead: If you don’t plan ahead, you’ll find yourself grilling at the most inconvenient times of day – when it’s too hot in the early afternoon or too late at night. This will make cooking and cleanup more difficult too. Instead, think about what you’re going to eat several days in advance and plan your meal around your favorite grilling recipes and sauces. This will allow you to grill at a convenient time of day and take advantage of those beautiful summer evenings that are so enjoyable when spent outdoors with family.

2.Know Your Grill: Different grills cook differently, especially when it comes to heat distribution. If your grill cooks hot in the center and cools off around the edges, then plan your meals accordingly and move food around during the cooking process as needed. You may need to rotate or flip some foods by hand, especially if they’re larger pieces like whole chickens or pork shoulders, or

Grilling season has arrived. With the sun out and the temperature rising, it’s time to set up your grill and get some food on it. Before you start, here are 5 tips to help you get started:

1) Know When to Grill

This may seem obvious, but not all foods are grilled. On a gas grill, you can grill just about anything. But if you have a charcoal grill, there are better options for some foods than others. You should never put delicate items such as fish on the grill. And in general, the thicker or denser an item is, the better a choice it is for grilling. Grilled steak is delicious, but grilled bread is not so much.*

Grilled foods taste best when they are cooked over high heat. This means that foods with more fat in them will generally have a better flavor when grilled than leaner ones. More fat also means that food is less likely to dry out during cooking.*

2) Know Your Grill

Different grills cook differently. So even if you use the same recipe on two different types of grills, they will come out tasting different.* Some grills cook extremely quickly while others take longer to cook food evenly.* There is nothing worse than expecting dinner to be ready

Grilling season is here! This means you have a lot more options when it comes to dishes and meals you can prepare. Grilling gives your food a wonderful smoky flavor, which is great for steaks, but also leaves even the most mundane chicken breast with a new taste.

Grilling season is here, which means it’s time to break out the barbeque grill and decide on what you are going to cook. But before that, there are a few things that you should consider.

First, consider what kind of grill you’re working with. If you’ve just bought your first grill or if it’s been awhile since you last used yours, then you might want to check out some tips on how to clean and season your grill before firing it up for your first meal of the season.

Don’t be afraid to try new recipes either! While grilling season is here, that doesn’t mean that there aren’t still plenty of cold days ahead; so why not start a new tradition and create your own recipe? There are hundreds of recipes available online and in cookbooks. Another option is to ask family members what their favorite grilled recipes are and try those out.

Finally, if it’s a year like this one was – with unseasonably

Grilling season is in full swing and you can see people at parks, beaches and backyards grilling up their meals. Grilling offers a great way to cook your meal while staying outdoors and enjoying the wonderful weather.

There is so much to learn about grilling. One of my favorite things about it, is that you can do it all year long. You do not have to wait for the summer or the warm weather. Grilling is fun and very easy!

If you start to grill now, you will be able to use your knowledge throughout the entire season. Here are 5 tips that I think are helpful for switching from a novice to a pro!

Tip 1: Use Tested Recipes

Learn how to cook with a dry rub instead of marinade. It is easier and less messy, plus if you make too much, it will save for later! If you are looking for some great dry rub recipes, check out this website:  http://everythingkitchens.com/dry-rub-recipes/

Tip 2: Get Organized Beforehand

The most important tip that I can give you is this: set everything up before you start cooking! The worst thing that can happen while grilling

The first thing you need to consider when grilling is how to prepare your grill. There are various ways to do this and what you choose depends on what type of grill you have, how hot it gets, and how much time you want to spend lighting the grill. I will discuss them in brief below.
