You are currently viewing Eat More Indian Food This Summer: A blog about all the best Indian meals and a recipe for each day of the week.

This blog will provide you with a recipe for each day of the week, and it will also provide you with a brief description of each dish. It will be interesting to see if I manage to stick to this plan myself, as I love Indian food and if there is one cuisine that I could never get tired of, it would probably be the Indian cuisine.

I would like to share this blog with people who are interesting in trying out Indian cuisine but have not yet done so. It is often difficult to try something new unless you know whether or not you will like it, and this blog provides an opportunity to try new meals without having to spend money on them.

Tone:informative and factual

There are many places you can go to in the summertime. You can head to the beach, go camping, or even just hang out with friends in your own backyard.

But there is one place that may not be on your list: your local Indian restaurant. I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking that Indian food is a little unusual, and maybe not the most adventurous choice for a summertime meal. You’d think wrong.

The idea of Indian food may conjure up images of curries and other spicy dishes, but this is actually only a small portion of the diverse range of foods you’ll find at an Indian restaurant. In fact, there’s more to Indian cuisine than just curry. The fascinating thing about it is that many of its dishes have been adapted over time by different communities and regions, giving each their own unique spin on a common theme.

It’s also very important to remember that not all Indian food is spicy! In fact, many people who enjoy Japanese or Thai cuisine will enjoy the taste of Indian food, but may shy away from it because they find it too spicy. But if you want to try something new during this summer season, why not give Indian food a chance? You might be surprised how much you like it!

As the summer heats up, it is time to start thinking about what cuisine to prepare for your family. Indian food is a great choice for the hot weather. Many dishes are made with fresh vegetables and meats and are served cold. This style of cooking goes well with the warm temperatures.

Tandoori chicken is a dish that has a very interesting history. It was created in the northern regions of India in the town of Rawalpindi. The recipe was brought to England by an entrepreneur who saw potential in this dish and began serving it in restaurants outside of India. With some adjustments made over time, tandoori chicken became a popular dish in restaurants throughout England and eventually spread across Europe and America to become a part of many different cultures’ cuisines today.

With so many variations on this dish available throughout the world, it is important to learn how to make this type of chicken correctly. The following instructions will give you all the information you need to cook delicious tandoori chicken that your whole family will enjoy._**

Garam is a word used in Indian cooking to describe a spice or blend of spices that has been freshly roasted, making it much more pungent. Garam masala is garam, but the more common garam is often a spice paste made of things like cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds. I added some lemongrass and garlic to mine, because why not?

Garam is one of the words I’ve learned since I started cooking Indian food. Another was tarka, which means something similar to tempering and usually refers to making a spiced oil or ghee by heating spices in oil over medium heat until all of the wonderful smells start wafting through your kitchen and you are so hungry that you could eat an elephant.*

Because we live in New Jersey where most of our friends are (also) Indian, we have easy access to great Indian food. But none of my friends who come over for dinner ever say “this is delicious! You should totally open a restaurant!” The typical response is something like “yeah this is really good but if it were at an Indian restaurant I would be disappointed.”

Trying to figure out why, I decided that one reason might be that there are no surprises.

Garam masala is a spice blend that’s the cornerstone of Indian cooking. It has warm, spicy flavors and often includes cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Homemade garam masala is an Indian spice blend. It’s easy to make and tastes much more robust than the pre-made stuff that comes in little jars from the grocery store.

Garam masala is usually used in savory Indian dishes like chicken curry or saag paneer, but it can also be used for sweets. Garam masala made with cinnamon sticks and black pepper has a floral aroma. My favorite way to use garam masala is sprinkled on top of basmati rice before adding saffron and dried fruits.

Tailor this recipe to your tastes by varying the amount of each of the spices you use. Mix it up and make your own signature blend!
