1. No Red Peppers or Black Peppers – Most people are allergic to these or don’t like them. I was really surprised when I found this out as I thought everyone ate red peppers on everything. But it turns out that most people don’t. So we left them out of our Cajun Spice.

We use “Jamaican Pepper” instead of chipotle – In the last few years, Chipotle powder has become very popular due to the popularity of Chipotle restaurants, but not everyone likes their heat level or wants to pay $5+ per pound for Chipotle powder that they use in only one recipe. So we came up with a great alternative! We call it “Jamaican Pepper” and it has the same smoky flavor as chipotle but with a little less heat which makes it perfect for seasoning chicken breasts, fish, turkey breast etc…
