Ingredients:

1/4 kg whole dry red chilies

1/2 kg coriander seeds

3/4 kg cumin seeds

0.5 kg black pepper corns

8 g mace (optional)

10-12 pieces cloves (optional)

3-4 sticks cinnamon (optional)

50 g raisins (optional)**

Preparation Method:

1. Dry roast all the ingredients except for the raisins and grind them into a fine powder using a dry grinder or mixer grinder. Make sure that you do not add any water while grinding. Also do not use oil while roasting the ingredients. If you are unable to get dried red chilies then use 1/2
