How to use Mixed Spice:

Mixed Spice will keep for years in an airtight glass container. Use as you would any ground spice. Mixed Spice has a more intense flavour than commercial mixed spice so use sparingly.*

How to make mixed spice:

Mix all the ingredients together in a screw top jar, shake until well combined. You may want to add more of one ingredient or another until you achieve the exact flavor you want for your family’s taste buds.

For convenience sake I would recommend purchasing a jar with a built-in shaker lid from any supermarket or from Amazon online shopping website as these are also cheap to buy as well as being very convenient. If

Ingredients: Cinnamon sticks 3 Nutmegs 2 Cloves 12 Allspice berries 6
