Cooking with BBQ dry rub is easy but there are a few tips that will help ensure your meat turns out delicious every time!

1) The first step in cooking with BBQ dry rub is to prepare your meat by trimming away any excess fat and patting it dry with paper towels so the seasoning will stick.

2) Apply a thin layer of oil or mustard to help the seasoning adhere to the meat. The mustard acts as a glue while adding flavor.

3) Sprinkle on your homemade dry rub liberally making sure to cover all surfaces of the meat evenly and press gently so that it adheres well.

4) Place the seasoned meat
